Designed to mount neatly in the factory fuse box location, this catch can is perfect for performance builds, LS conversions, or restorations where space and presentation matter. Each can is built in-house from quality materials and finished in a durable satin black powdercoat for a tidy OEM-plus appearance.
Standard features include a genuine K&N breather filter, internal baffles for superior oil separation, and -12AN female fittings for inlet/outlet plus a -6AN drain fitting for easy servicing. Custom finishes are available on request — choose raw alloy or select a colour to suit your build. Also, Sealed Blanking plates aswell as a Dual -12 AN out plate avaialble for emissions friendly builds.

Does this bolt in place of the original fuse box?
Yes, it is designed to take up the space where the original fuse box is located on some Commodores variants, between the VB and VL version.
I already own one of the original K&N Filter Designs and want to upgrade or change to a sealed or recirculating plate?

I’ve upgrade to an LS Engine, will this suit?
Yes, while they’re vehicle specific in the way they mount, they will suit a variety of engines including traditional 6 Cylinders and V8’s aswell as retro fitted LS’s and Barra Engines.
What Hose sizes do they use?
These have -12 AN female ports which easily allow 12AN lines, but also smaller -10AN lines with a si ple Speedflow -12AN to -10AN Adaptor.
Do I have to plumb it back to the sump?
No, the -6AN outlet drain can be fitted with a 6AN Cap. However please note, this will mean you will need to check and drain the tank as part of your maintenance routine.
How Often will I need to drain it?
Glad you asked. Lets whip out our Lowelife Crystal ball… Actually, no – This one we can’t asnwer and will be specific to your build, your ring gaps and your engine… er, um… wear!? 😉
