Car Parts Gift Certificcate by Lowe Fabrications – Terms & Conditions

We like to keep things simple and fair. These terms exist so everyone knows where they stand — not to catch anyone out.

The Basics

• Lowe Fabrications Gift Certificates are issued electronically and delivered via email.

• Each Gift Certificate has a unique code and a stored value in Australian dollars (AUD).

• Gift Certificates can be used on most products available through the Lowe Fabrications website.

Validity

• Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

• Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited — so don’t sit on it forever.

Using Your Gift Certificate

• Gift Certificates can be redeemed online, instructions will be supplied with the order.

• They can be used in full or partially — any remaining balance stays on the card until used or expired.

• Multiple Gift Certificates can be used in a single order.

• Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

What They Can’t Be Used For

• Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates.

• They can’t be redeemed for cash, refunds, or credit notes.

Returns & Refunds

• Gift Certificates are non-refundable once issued, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

• If a product purchased using a Gift Certificate is returned in line with our Returns Policy, the refund will be issued as store credit or re-credited to the Gift Certificate — not cash.

Lost, Stolen or Misused

• Treat your Gift Certificate like cash.

• Lowe Fabrications is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Certificate codes.

• If you think there’s been an issue, contact us — we’ll always do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee replacement.

Discounts & Promotions

• Gift Certificates cannot be retrospectively applied to orders already placed.

• Promo codes, sales, and discounts apply to Gift Certificate purchases only if explicitly stated.

• Using a Gift Certificate does not automatically qualify an order for additional discounts.

Fraud & Misuse

• Lowe Fabrications reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Gift Certificate if we reasonably believe it has been obtained or used fraudulently.

• Any remaining balance may be voided in these circumstances.

Australian Consumer Law

• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

• If something goes wrong that’s on us, we’ll make it right.

Lowe-Life Clause (Important)

• If you’re unsure whether a Gift Certificate is right for what you’re trying to buy — reach out.

• We’re builders, fabricators, and car people first. If you’ve made a genuine mistake, we’ll always try to help where we reasonably can.
