Lowe Fabrications Front Commodore Coilovers for Holden Commodore VB–VP models are built using genuine Australian-made spindles and premium XYZ coilover assemblies. Each strut is fully stripped, reconditioned, machined, gusseted, TIG welded, and powdercoated in-house for strength, precision, and reliability. Supplied on an exchange basis — customer-supplied core spindles required. Proudly engineered and built in Australia.
Lowe Fabrications Front Commodore Coilovers to suit Holden Commodore VB–VP are not an off-the-shelf conversion — they are a fully engineered, in-house built solution designed for strength, reliability, and serious performance.
Each set begins with a genuine donor Commodore strut tube, stripped back completely to the original Australian-made spindle. The spindle and tube are then meticulously prepared through hot washing, hand blasting, hand finishing, and precision machining to ensure a perfect foundation.
A premium XYZ Coilover assembly is then pressed onto the spindle using a controlled tolerance fit, ensuring accurate alignment and structural integrity. For added safety and strength, an additional gusset is fabricated and installed, reinforcing the spindle area where it matters most.
The complete assembly is then TIG welded in-house, including plug welds for extra strength, before being powdercoated for durability and corrosion resistance.
Final assembly is completed in-house, delivering a ready-to-install coilover strut built to Lowe Fabrications’ exacting standards.
These coilovers are supplied on an exchange basis, meaning core VB–VP Commodore spindles must be supplied as part of the order.
