Car Builders Stage 2 Waterproof Carpet Underlay is a high-performance, closed-cell foam insulation layer designed for harsh Australian conditions. Unlike outdated cotton jute underlays, this modern material won’t hold water, rot, smell, or attract mould — making it ideal for 4WDs, convertibles, industrial vehicles, and anywhere moisture is an issue.

Its peel-and-stick backing makes installation quick and easy, while the dense closed-cell structure provides excellent acoustic dampening and thermal insulation. With the ability to reduce radiant heat by up to 20°C, this product significantly improves comfort on long trips and hot days.

Each box includes a 1.71m² sheet (1800mm x 950mm), which can be trimmed to fit floors, doors, firewalls, and more.
