Returns and Refunds Policy
At Lowe Fabrication, we take pride in the quality of our products and workmanship. All returns and refund requests are handled fairly and in line with Australian Consumer Law. We’re a small Australian business and we’ll always do what we can to help — but we also need to set some ground rules.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept change of mind returns for custom-built, fabricated, or made-to-order products.
Returns for off-the-shelf products may be accepted at our discretion, provided:
- The item is returned within 14 days of delivery,
- It is unused, unmodified, and in resellable condition,
- You obtain prior written approval before sending it back.
If approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Refunds are processed once the item has been inspected and approved.
Warranty & Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law if:
- The product has a major fault, or
- A minor fault cannot be repaired within a reasonable time.
All warranty claims must be made in writing and include proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a clear description of the problem.
Please note:
- Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.
- We may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a refund or replacement.
Custom-Made and Colored Products
Custom, made-to-order, powedercoated to order or modified items cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty or not as ordered.
Please double-check your order specifications before confirming, as many parts are fabricated to suit custom applications.
Shipping & Return Conditions
- All returns must be sent with tracking and protected packaging.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- We do not refund original shipping unless the return is due to our error.
