Lowe Fab Commodore VB-VP front brake upgrade to twin piston calipers and larger rotors, please note these are approx 4-6 weeks turn around.
Suits all Commodore models VB – VP 1978 to 1993
Upgrade from the factory standard and underperforming single piston calipers and 270mm rotors to the much superior twin piston calipers and 296mm rotors available on the VT-VZ range of Commodores
All parts to complete the conversion are supplied in the kit, no need to look around for bits that come with the cheaper kits, we here at Lowe Fab have done the work for you and it’s all in one high quality kit…
2 x Ceramic coated slotted 296mm disc rotors
2 x fully reconditioned twin piston brake calipers, including new seals and new pistons
2 x front brake hoses clear stainless braid and ADR compliant *now with upgraded Goodrich hoses*
2 x Lowe Fabrications front conversion hubs, including precision machined wheel bearings and hub seals
1 x set ceramic brake pads
2 x sets caliper to stub zinc plated mounting bolts
The brake calipers are fully reconditioned by a qualified brake mechanic, starting with the process of stripping and chemical cleaning. they are then media blasted and powdercoated in red or silver or gloss black the choice is yours no cheap painted units used here, and we can even offer colour matched powdercoat to suit your build at an extra cost if you wish! The calipers are then reassembled using all new seals and boots, these calipers really are like new.
All other parts in the kit are brand new and of the highest quality and fully manufacturer warranted
