The Lowe Fabrication Engine Bay Smoothing Kit is designed to give your VB–VS Commodore a cleaner, more refined engine bay by covering the factory holes, pass-throughs, and cluttered spots found across early model shells.
This weld-in kit includes a range of laser-cut zinc-coated steel blanks to cover common factory openings, including:
Chassis rail blanking plates
Brake line and main harness pass-throughs
Heater hose and air-conditioning line holes
Speedo cable and clutch master cylinder holes
Wiper motor harness entry
Charcoal canister mounting hole
Because the Commodore platform evolved from VB through VS, not all blanks will be needed on every build. The kit is designed to suit the full model range, and some trimming or adjustment may be required depending on your specific bay layout and modifications.
